Here's what we did today:

SBI 4U
-reviewed the highlighted reading you did yesterday (specifially the roles of water, carbon dioxide and photons)
-finished the group work on "stage 1" of photosynthesis "light reactions, photoexcitation and photosystems". Groups explained both photoexcitation and photosystems to me when completed
-"mittens" video about photosynthesis (stages 2 and 3)
-period 1 had some time to start the group activity about stage 2 using pages 158-159

HOMEWORK
1. some people in period 5 did not get a chance to read pages 158-159... you need to make sure you get that done. Also, anyone away today because of the snow must do the whole agenda.

SNC 2D
*We were missing half the class today so I couldn't do a lesson*
-made UV-activated "glow-in-the-dark" slime
-looked at a new health card and driver's liscence under the UV light
-read some science-related stories

HOMEWORK
1. Work on your STSE project--- it's due on Monday Mar 28 (That's this monday coming up!!)
