-reviewed plasmid structure on blackboard as a class
-tried to figure out the steps to cloning in pairs
-went over steps to cloning genes into bacteria on blackboard as a class
-steps to cloning with bacteria youtube video
-PCR youtube video
-PCR process note on overhead
-Practice questions p298 #1-5

2. you can start studying for your test: it's next Friday, May 6

-finish labeling and identifying microscope parts
-Stations: observing and drawing different tissues under the microscope
